Floriano Vita, in 1968, founded the Florida company and it is with him that the first generation begins. Today the second generation is present in the company, formed by the sons Luigina Vita and Lamberto Vita, with a significant increase in advanced machinery and technologies. Currently, the second generation is supported by Francesca Cataldi and Valerio Vita, respectively sons of Luigina and Lamberto, who represent the third generation present in the company. Having three generations working together in the company is a source of great pride for us.

With over 50 years of presence and experience in the ice cream sector, Florida means quality. Our company not only produces both compostable and plastic ice cream spoons and cups, but also boasts a huge selection of commercialisation items. During the past few years, indeed, our products variety has grown more and more, always keeping an eye on green materials such as MATER-BI, paper, PLA, birch, bamboo and pine wood.

We sell both compostable and paper straws; wooden and bamboo items for restaurants and finger food; pulp bagasse items as well as take-away items. Our products boast certifications such as M.O.C.A, Ok compost, FSC and Aticelca trademark who is specifically for Take-Away items.
